Terms of Service

1. Service Description

LeadSeam is a B2B lead intelligence platform that discovers businesses, scores their readiness to buy, and generates outreach emails. Data is sourced from publicly available information (Google Places, business websites).

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your password and API key. One account per person.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for spam or unsolicited bulk messaging
• Scrape or bulk-download lead data beyond your plan quota
• Share your account credentials with third parties
• Attempt to circumvent rate limits or quotas
• Use the service for any illegal purpose

4. Quotas and Billing

Free accounts include 5 contact reveals per month. Paid plans provide additional reveals as described on our pricing page. Quotas reset on the 1st of each month. Unused reveals do not roll over.

Payments are processed by Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.

5. Data Accuracy

LeadSeam aggregates publicly available data and applies AI scoring. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any lead data. AI-generated outreach emails should be reviewed before sending.

6. Limitation of Liability

LeadSeam is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to lost revenue, data loss, or business interruption.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by emailing leads@leadseam.com.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
