1. Information We Collect

Account data: When you register, we collect your name, email address, and password (hashed with Argon2id). If you use Google OAuth, we receive your name and email from Google.

Usage data: We track searches, lead views, and reveals to provide the service and enforce quotas.

Check tool: If you optionally provide your email on our free check tool, we store it via Brevo (double opt-in) for sending lead reports.

Payment data: Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your credit card number.

2. How We Use Your Data

• Provide and improve the LeadSeam service
• Send transactional emails (account confirmation, lead reports)
• Process payments via Stripe
• Monitor service health and prevent abuse

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with:

• Stripe — payment processing
• Brevo — transactional emails
• Google — OAuth authentication (if you choose Google sign-in)

4. Business Data

LeadSeam aggregates publicly available business information from Google Places and business websites. This data is publicly accessible and includes business names, addresses, phone numbers, ratings, and website URLs.

5. Your Rights

• Request access to your personal data
• Request deletion of your account and data
• Unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time
• Export your data

6. Security

Passwords are hashed with Argon2id. All connections use HTTPS/TLS. Sessions use httponly cookies. API keys are generated with cryptographic randomness.
